I. Programme Operation Programme software is the soul to channel operation; solid programme viewing enables stable business growth. Programmes of clear subject matters and features are essential to system marketing channel; only with high viewing public can a channel reap advertising income and explore peripheral interests. Informative News for Children- Children also has the rights to know; parental guidance should be advocated. School news and children call-in report can be designed. Recruit reporters from children, and work with various experimental schools for producing such programmes. 5. Educational Cartoon Programmes- Purchase educational cartoons from overseas such as mainland China's Chinese painting (ink painting) cartoon, Canada's Cinar Films, America's Nick & Nickelodeon, etc. for enhancing viewing rate. 6. Kuangchi Productions- Kuangchi's programme library cumulated over the years along with new production of children's, cultural, educational programmes can be scheduled. 7. Broadcasting & TV Foundations' Programme Library- Select fine programme source primarily for children and parenting 8.
